Bosch Axxis WTA4400 Dryers Questions & Answers
Bosh axxis filter. how do i clean it? soap and
First of all the item I referred to in my question is actually a heat exchanger located below the dryer drum.
The maintenance man in the condo said remove it and clean it with soap and water. I did have a garden hose with a sprayer so I used the bath tube to give it a good cleaning.
It now looks clean and I cleaned the housing where this part is located with vaccuum and wet cleaning.

Bosch classixx condenser drier
The problem is with the lower water tank float switch, it is stuck. Take off the right hand side panel (as you are facing the machine) at the bottom you will see a spring mechanism for the belt tension. Beside this there are 2 electrical connectors. Take them off and spray with wd40 or similar. Whilst off give the plastic box they fit 2 a light tap with a hammer to free the float switch. Reconnect and try. If this fails you can over-ride by leaving the left hand of the two plugs off. This will get your machine working but you will not have an indication as to when the water container needs emptying so you will need to remember.

No heat
the first thing to check is that you have 220VAC at the plug. If one leg of the circuit drops out you can have this symptom.
Dryer runs, but no heat
take the back panel off and look at the heating element can there is a thermal fuse that has a small reset button on it. push this in if that does not work then you need to check all the thermal fuse as well as the heating element for continuity if there is any of the above mentioned items that do not have continuity then replace the one that does not have anything
