open the right door and you will see a black sensor above the drum unit. remove the drum unit and clean the sensor in the machine at that position . rfix the drum unit and power the machine . please do this carefully as you may damage the drum . good luck.

clean the narrow glass on left of where you place the copy on glass, remove if needed to clean both sides
