The problem of residual water in front load washers is an on going problem. Some companies had put in a small drain hose in their units to alleviate the problem. Leave the door open after wash completed. This will help to evaporate the residual water. If in an area where the door cannot be left fully open then place a towel over the top of the door to keep it from closing and that will help by keeping the door open a small amount. 2. To alleviate odor, pour one cup of bleach in the drum... DO NOT PUT ANY CLOTHES IN THE MACHINE! Put the washer through a wash cycle... some models had a clean cycle if your has this then use this cycle. Once this has completed remember to do a white load following this procedure to assure that if there is any bleach residual then it wont cause problems with colors. 3. Dry the door seal after each use... this will eliminate mold from developing on the door seal. If you see mold then use a bathroom cleanser for mold removal to clean the seal... DO NOT USE A SOLUTION OF VINEGAR... THIS COULD DRY OUT THE SEAL CAUSING IT TO CRACK THUS REQUIRING REPLACEMENT. try un pluging washer for 15min and plug back in to see if it resets. if not u may need new latch but first make sure u don't have a loose wire to lock

In some cases it is a simple adjustment of the Levelers. Use a flat level device to check the levels from front to back and side to side. Make certain the Washer and Dryer have a space between them and they do not bang into one another.

If it\'s not draining properly and shows this F02 Code there may be a simple solution. Take the bottom front panel off (it has 3 screws.) There will be an off white circular plastic thing there. Resembles the top to a cannister. Twist it off. There will be a good bit of water if tub hasn\'t drained properly. Put a cookie sheet under it to catch most of the water or get a shop vac and suck it out slowly. Once you completely unscrew the top off hopefully your problem will be right there. Cleaning out the drain hose ... the hose may nee to come off the machine and pulled it out of the drain - it could be seriously blocked with all sorts of build-up. Like if you wash one of those rubber backed rugs --- don\'t do it again - the particles will come off and pack into the drain line and pump. It is an easy fix

Judy,It would be better to try and remove the baffle as the machine should still work fine with only two baffles.It sounds dangerous to be using the machine with a broken baffle. If you cannot remove the baffle safely, please call out a serviceman.HT GEEK.
