please help me. i have canon print mx308. the have paper jams. paper has the full out from print. how i can finish the problems?

Clean or replace the absorber and reset the printer counter to clear the message.

The waste absorber is full ,Replace the pads
then if you still get the error,you can reset it by following the directions below.
(reset without replacing pads can cause damage)

1) Enter SERVICE MODE By pressing Menu-Scan-Copy-Scan
2) Enter NVRAM by pressing <--- or ---> then OK
3)SET ABS-M LEVEL TO 0
4)OK

Which Rule is used for your XML files when you load them in BC2? If you go to the Tools menu -> Options dialog, Rules section, and edit that Rule, is there a path in the External Conversion section? I ran a full clean and maintenance on mine and it worked fine for another month but then it started smudging and putting lines over he paper again. I ended up throwing it and buying a new printer as the Guy at the shop said its worn out. After 4 years of heavy duty printing, it wasnt a bad run.

Click OK on the message prompt to close the message. Uninstall the Epson Printer software that came with your printer using the uninstaller. Follow the on-screen prompts to uninstall the product. From the hard drive, click Applications, then click Utilities and select the Printer Setup utility. Click Add. If your printer shows up in the printer list, select Printer. If the printer does not show up in the list, choose either Bonjour or Rendezvous as the connection type and then select the printer from the list. Under the Print Using list, select epson stylus CX5000. In the list of available drivers, select the epson stylus CX5000 - Gimp-Print driver. Click Add Using the Gimp-print driver might provide basic print-only functionality. This driver is a built-in driver in the Macintosh Operating System and will not provide all of the features that are provided using a direct USB connection.

This may clear the ink absorber problem. There is ink absorbers located at both ends of the printer where the ink head move. To dry the ink absorber, power up the printer and open the cover so the ink cartridges and print head will move to the middle of the printer. Then take several sheets of absorbent tissue, fold it into a pad and place it inside the printer over the ink absorber on the far left hand side of the printer to soak up the excess ink. You may need to change the absorbent tissue a few times. Then repeat the same procedure on the right hand ink absorber. Close the lid and the printer should now function normally.

What OS does your computer have? Can you launch a scan from your computer (not the buttons on the all-in-one)? (This will work if the scanner driver is installed.) You should always do this at least once. How is the scanner connected to the computer? You may want to try a new USB cable and a different USB port. (Scanning requires bi-directional communication with the computer. Thus long USB cables and USB hubs may not work when scanning.) To launch a scan from the scanner, make sure that you have the MP Navigator software installed. Turn off the printer and open the printer back door. Use a spot light and give look inside properly. Make sure there no paper. Some time small part of the paper creates the problem. So you can do one thing after open the back door, top side etc make the printer upside down etc. So if anything inside that's will come out. After cleaning again connect it with PC and turn on. Now give a look. If you face same problem then Un-install the printer driver and software from the PC. Then restart the PC and Printer both. Now connect the Printer with PC via USB and install again the driver & software. Then try to print and let me know the result.
