Keeps saying paper is jammed
Clear the paper jam or foreign object that is preventing the FINE Cartridge
Holder from moving, cancel printing from your computer, then turn OFF the
machine and turn it back ON again.
The printer says
Hello there
You may not see a paper jam.
This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you.
Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.
First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.
If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

5100
Hi You can Try 2 things.
ERROR 5100 means that there is some foreign object blocking your cartridges carriage that disables it from moving. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.
First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.
If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there
Next try.
It may be a piece of paper or a scotch tape or a staple wire.
Solution 1:
Clean the timing strip.
Solution 2:
The purge cap (the white sliding mechanism that the print head parks to when it's not in use) may be not lubricated well enough .
Lubricate the sliders with some white grease (don't get it on the small wipers or the black caps); this repair probably require to remove the right panel off of the printer to gain access to the purge mechanism.

My printer is saying the ink reservoir is full and
It's a shop repair when you get that error. There is no reservoir. It's a set of pads covering the whole bottom of the printer. It requires complete disassembly to remove the print engine and replace the pads and then access to the service mode to reset the counter. There are methods here to reset the counter but you risk ink overflow that ruins the printer and all that the ink leaks on.
