have to remove the whole front section including door the top will flip up after u remove front and screws which were hidden until u removed the front section

There should be a timer motor on the timer. That is most likely burnt out and will cause the timer to not shut down. Just replace the timer and that will solve the problem

Yes. I did the same thing. It cost me a new timer and circuit board. However, I got my replacement parts from a local used appliance dealer, so I paid " not much".If you decide to do the same, find your replacement part numbers on "Sears Parts" by your model number, and then type the part numbers into e-bay where you can get good deals. Most likely the belt came off or broke. If you are taking the back off you should just replace the belt anyway.

There is a temperature sensor on the case that houses the heating element. It is bad and that makes it put out straight heat all the time

Check for a blocked vent. If the vent is blocked or restricted it will cause the thermo fuse to blow. If the thermo fuse is not blown check for a broken heating element. I hope this may help.

Clothes not drying, but dryer runs & heats
1.defective operating thermostat---test thermostat, replace if defective
2.fan or it's pulley loose on shaft---tighten set screw
3.incorrect heat or timer settings---reset timer
4.clothes to wet when placed in dryer----wring out or extract water from clothes before placing in dryer
5.clogged lint screen or duct (little air motion)---clean out lint screen & duct
