Bucket switch/float valve sticking? Take out the bucket and make sure the switch moves freely.

The fall may have knocked out some wiring -- open the unit (remove back panel, then remove front by taking out screws inside) and see if any of the cables to the front panel or control board came out.
The Fan fell apart
ApplianceFactoryparts.com has the replacement part for the "squirrel cage" for the motor or "fan". Use the Model number to find the parts.
Location of Maytag M7DH45B2A motor fuse
I'm fixing one of these too. Take the top off (follow the AC cord) and the fuse is on the PCB.
I am also looking for a better wiring diagram - the control panel on mine does not light up.

There should have been threads the right size to connect the hose to right around the knockout circle...

Unit connected to drainage hose but still fills
Hi,
A few things to check... obviously if they work fine for a few years you have the knock out plug removed...
So... next is the hose... there is an algae that can grow in the hose that is almost invisible....take the hose off and run fresh water through it to make sure it is clean...
Then when replacing the hose, make sure that it runs continuously downhill and that it is not trapped... or in other words go up and down... this will air lock the hose and keep the water from flowing....
Then test it by pouring water into the bucket and making sure that it runs out...
