The spark module should be behind the rear panel of the range, or behind the bottom drawer, mounted on the interior back wall. F3 is a failure in the oven sensor circuit. That circuit being from the ERC outlet pin to the harness, to the sensor and back to the ERC return pin. Could be a bad sensor that is failing under heat conditions, or possibly a connection that is failing as the unit heats and it expands. The temp of the sensor at room temp is 1050-1100 0hms and goes up 100 ohms for every 50 degrees from there. If you can get it to fail, and ohm it out, you will know for sure. I will tell you a sensor is a heck of a lot cheaper then an ERC and is more likely the culprit. Here is the sensor to order.

Number 13 and 22 is the parts I suspect.13 is the ignitor which even if it glows could be weak, It must pull at least 3.5 amps to open the gas safety valve. The spark module(number 22) could also be weak and not putting out enough juice to light them burners. Seen it. Must be a bad oven control. Looking at the wiring diagram I see a hot wire from the power terminal to the fan and onwards into the ovencontrol. Must be a fried relay on that control board.
