Unfortunately, this will probably require the replacement of at least the board on which the switches are mounted; they are generally small foil devices directly attached to a board containing the fixed contact pads.
It may also be a failure of a semiconductor circuit that receives and processes your button pushes. In some units, one board may contain both functions.
Electronics has not made everything more reliable; it is still dependent on quality design and manufacturing.

the mostlikey cause is a faulty contorl module as well as the thermostat i make a habit of changing them both

make sure the control panel isn't locked it shows locking and unlocking in the instructions. If it is not locked then unplug it for 5-10 mins. then check it. If this doesn't solve it you have a bad control panel

The temp gage , or I guess they call it the heating sensor, which is the little 3" stick that sticks out on the upper left hand side inside the oven may need to be replaced, it is connectd to the oven by 2 small phillips screws

"Sab" is Sabbath Mode. This feature can be set for those of certain religious faiths that honor the sabbath, and effectively disable to oven for up to 72 hours. If the model number you have this listed under is correct, to turn it off all you have to do is press and hold the "Clock" button on the control panel for 5 seconds. select bake
set the oven to 550 degres
hold the bake button until you see the temp go to zero
push the temp select up until it changes in five degree increments to the desired bump up in temp you can raise it or lower it up or down by 35 degrees in five degree increments, once you have the desired adjustment it will revert back to normal on the controls screen readout
check the oven temp and adjust as necessary, this info is available in your users manual as well.

could be coupler or bearings on the bottom of the agitator and tub

You may need to replace an heating element, it has 2 the top one (broil element) the bottom one (bake ele)
First try shuting off the breaker to the range for 45 min, this will reset to factory settings

no there is no fuse for that.
the clock board seems to be finnished.

The water dripping into the tub is caused by the fill valve solenoid not closing completely. The fix is to replace the fill valve. The overfilling of the washer is caused by the pressure switch. Over time the diaphram within the pressure switch becomes fatiqued & fails. The fix for this is to replace it as well... Hope this helps... Bill
