How to delete songs from my Sansa m250?

When you connect the MP3 player to yourcomputer with the supplied USB cable then computer detects the player as anexternal storage device or a Removable disk, you can then view the folder onyour MP3 player. Open the music folder and create a new folder on the playerexactly the same way you create a folder on your computer's hard drive. Toorganise your music, make a folder name with the name of the music album andplace the album's MP3 files in this folder, then copy the mp3 files from thecomputer into this folder. You will then be able to select the music you want to play by the music albumfolder. To delete a filefrom your MP3 player, connect the supplied USB cable to your player and thenplug it into the USB port of your computer. The computer will detect your player then click on this device to view thefiles, you can then click on the music file to highlight the file and thenpress the Del key to delete the file off your MP3 player.

My computer Dell Laptop Lattitiude

Hi,

You need to pass this questions to find the exact cause.

http://www.sandisk.com/sandisk-support/driver-download-wizard.aspx

1)Does the Sansa is detected in any other system? If yes then what windows they use.
Check the windows and install the specific windows in your laptop and check.
or
Download your windows specific sansa driver and check.

2)If it is already was connecting in your Dell Laptop and now it is not connecting?
Then it is the driver problem download a new driver and reinstall it.

3)If still the problem persist then check for reset option in the Sansa mp3.You get it in the manual
Just follow the steps and reset it.

Note:Sometimes the driver is designed to detect or work with specific windows like XP,Windows 7.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)
