Reset it to what? Go to set-up on your theater and make sure you have your TV on the correct HDMI input for the theater. Go through set-up. That should do it. . .
A direct drive turntable which has no platter rotation could be caused by any number of faults on it. Only a trained technician would be able to sort out the cause after they have looked at it and carried out tests.
