hi there the first thing i would make sure you have a wide band ariel capable of
receiving free view if the ariel is old and was there before you moved in and you have been there a while
theres a good chance that the ariel
isn't a
wide-band ariel,
also check here with your post code to make sure
free view is
transmitted in your area
http://www.freeview.co.uk/availability
if you know you can get it and you have a wide band ariel make sure all
connections are secure and that you
don't have many leads
connected together
because you will lose a vast
amount of
quality though many leads to a point where you wont get a picture also make sure its the only tv on the
connection as
having a few will also do the same thing. ariel boosters can make a massive
improvement on the line these can be bought any where even you
local asda/walmart, make sure you have one secure
connection right to the ariel socket to your tv. this eliminates any other problems
make sure you have your tv tuned in right if you have just moved house you will need to rescan for
Chanel's as they can be on
different frequencies from where you last lived
I hope this helps you if you Need a maual for your set please leave make and model number from the back of the set and ill try and get u a online manual for this set
Good Luck Hope You Sort It
