My all pro 150000 btu

The first thing to check would be the fuel filter from the tank to the nozzle.

Then check the input and output filters on the back of the pump housing.

Here is a link to a service manual.

I lost my manual for the Champion by Gilson 40.

Try PHPdistribution.com They are a 25 year old company for heater parts. I have dealt with them before. If you cannot download a manual, they should have a (800) number to call on there website. They will probably e-mail you what you need. Good luck.

I have a all pro

These heaters have several things that happen to them while in storage. I do a yearly check on mine and it goes like this. Open the fuel tank and tilt the heater to see fuel at the filler hole, look at the fuel and tank you are looking for any water in the tank. Condensation is usually the culprit, what I do is drain the tank in to a clean five gallon bucket and the fuel floats on top of the water. If you see water use a rag and try to dry out the tank as best as you can. You can also siphon off the fuel for reuse just be careful not to siphon to much and get the water again. Next remove the top section of the heater tube, this exposes all of the internal burner parts. Locate the burner tray and remove it so you can access the fuel nozzle. Remove the nozzle, they say you cannot clean these but I say different. You need a Q-tip, tooth pick and carb cleaner and clean it up carefully so you do not damage the nozzle. Behind the nozzle is a screen these like to corrode so clean it real good too. Put the nozzle assembly back together, inspect your fuel lines for cracks, dry rot or holes and replace if necessary. At the bottom of the assembly there is a sensor for flame these collect carbon deposits, dirt and the occasional homeless insect. Clean this with windex and a soft terry cloth rag. Put the burner tray back together. Trace the fuel lines back to where they come thru the heater tube and now remove the side cover. You will find the fuel line and an in line filter remove the filter and clean this with a compressor and blow gun by blowing air backwards thru the filter. This instantly cleans the filter, now put it back together after inspecting the fuel lines, and replacing it if necessary. Put the side cover back on and go to the fuel/ air pump on the back of this there should be an air filter usually foam, clean this with dawn dish soap and dry really good before putting it back in.Inspect and clean igniter while you are inside the heater, then put the top section back together. Now you are ready to plug your heater back in and test it. If all went well you should be heating like it did when it was new. Just a tip for you is to look at the fuel coming out the nozzle it should be a fog not droplets, if droplets your nozzle needs changed. Pay attention to spray angle and GPH rating very very important.

Ignites /starts will cut out

There are several reasons as to why this happens, and with that being said there are several things to correct this problem. I do this as preventative maintenance, remove the top section of the burner tube, this exposes the entire burner tray and internal parts. Locate the nozzle and remove it, they say you can not clean these, I say with a Q-tip, tooth pick and carb cleaner you can with out damaging it. Now behind the nozzle is a screen assembly these corrode at times so make sure to clean it as well. After cleaning up assemblies put the nozzle and filter screen back together.Next is the flame sensor, it is located below the nozzle assembly, round in shape and has a lens of sorts at the front. These collect carbon deposits, dirt, and the occasional homeless insect. It can be cleaned with a soft terry cloth rag and windex, now inspect the fuel lines for cracks, holes, or dry rot, replace if necessary. Locate the fuel pump next, on the back of it there is a foam air filter, this I clean with dawn dish soap rinse and dry really good, then put it back. Trace the fuel lines back to where they come thru the burner tube, now remove the side cover, you should see the fuel line and it goes to an in line filter. Remove the filter and I use a compressor and blow gun to clean it by blowing air backwards thru the filter, instantly clean. Inspect your lines again, replace if necessary. Replace side cover and open the fuel tank, lean the heater so the fuel runs towards the fuel filler opening. You are looking to see if water is in the tank, this happens from condensation when in storage. If there is I drain the fuel in to a clean five gallon bucket, now the fuel will float on top of the water and you should be able to see it.If there is water try to dry out the tank with a rag and remove as much water as you can. You can siphon off the fuel from the water and reuse it if you like just be careful not to siphon to far and get the water. Fill your heater with fuel, put cover back on the heater and plug it in, it should now fire up like new. Good luck

I HAVE ALL-PRO 115000 BTU

There are several things that you can do to this heater and I have made it a yearly practice to pull this preventative maintenance. Here we go, remove the top section of the heater tube this exposes all of the internal workings of the heater. Locate the burner tray, on the front is a brass nozzle which they say you can not clean. I say with carb cleaner a q-tip and tooth pick you can, in behind the nozzle a screen assembly clean this too they like to corrode. Put the nozzle assembly back together and inspect all fuel lines for cracks, holes, and dry rot replace if necessary. At the bottom of the burner tray there is a round item, this is your flame sensor. These are known to collect carbon deposits, dirt, and occasional homeless insect, clean it with windex and a soft terry cloth rag. Now put the burner tray back in the heater. Trace the fuel lines down to where they come thru the case, remove the side panel cover here is where you will find the fuel line and an in line filter. Remove the fuel filter and I use a compressor and blow gun to clean these, simply blow air backwards thru the filter and instantly it's clean. Inspect those lines again if all is good put filter and lines back together and replace the side cover. on the back of the fuel pump is a foam rubber air filter, wash it out I use dawn dish soap, but dry it real good then put it back in. Now replace the top and I want you to open the fuel tank and tilt your heater towards the fuel opening, you are looking to see if there is water from condensation while being stored. If there is empty the tank in to a five gallon bucket, oil is lighter than water so fuel floats to the top. You can either throw it out and dry out your fuel tank or siphon off the fuel and reuse it, just be careful not to get any of the water. Now you are ready to test your heater.Plug it in and you should be up and running like new again.Good luck

Gas heater keeps cutting off

These heaters require some yearly maintenance and here is what I want you to do. First look in your fuel tank and tilt the heater so the fuel moves towards the fuel cap or inlet to the tank. You are looking to see if there is water in your tank, and this does happen by condensation forming while in storage. If there is water in the tank drain it all the way and dry the tank with a rag thru the filler hole. I empty mine in to a five gallon bucket and check it out. This way you can siphon off the fuel and reuse it, water is heavier and will sink to the bottom. Now yearly maintenance is as follows, remove the top half of the heater cover, locate the burner tray, remove it partially to expose the fuel nozzle. Remove the nozzle, they say you can not clean nozzles, I say with a q-tip, tooth pick and some carb cleaner you can just be careful not to damage the nozzle. Behind the nozzle is a screen these corrode too so clean it up as well, put the nozzle and screen back together and locate the flame sensor, these collect carbon, dirt, and occasional insect looking to nest. Clean this with windex and soft terry cloth rag, in putting this back make sure it has a clear unobstructed view of the flame. Inspect the fuel lines for breaks, holes and dry rot, trace them down to where they come up from the bottom. Remove the side panel and locate the fuel line and remove it from the in line filter. To clean the filter you need a compressor and blow gun then you will blow air thru the filter backwards and now it is instantly clean. Now put the heater back together, side cover, and top. You are now ready to start the heater up so, add fuel and electric you should now be heating like new. Good luck

I have a 60,000 btu kerosene heater its getting

Well it is getting fuel but is it atomized in very small droplet form? If so is your igniter close enough to ignite the fuel? You see these spray a very fine conical mist under high pressure, if the mist is not defined or conical it sprays past the igniter. If it is fine and cone shaped it could be the positioning of your igniter. Please check both by removing the top section of the heater and watch what is going on in there. My thoughts are a bad nozzle and if you replace it pay attention to spray angle and GPH rating printed on the side of the nozzle.

All pro heater turns on but won't light and shuts

It's supposed to shut off if it doesn't light off. Take the top off, and while staying away from the fan turn unit on and observe if there is fuel coming from the nozzle and spark at the ignitor. No fuel could be a plugged filter in the pick up tube. Unscrew the nut on the line coming from the fuel tank, the filter is in the top of the line. There is also a filter on the back of the nozzle accessed by removing nozzle and unscrewing it from the fuel tube. if there is a good fuel spray, but no spark, probably the high voltage transformer is bad. Most heater brands use the same transformer so take the old one with you to a heater dealer and have it checked/replaced.

When turning on main switch light goes on but no

Is there a reset or an in line fuse ( a little glass fuse )? This is only indicating that you have power to the heater. If I were to guess I would say there is something between the high voltage and low voltage, usually manufacturers will put protection (a fuse ) on the low voltage side of your step down transformer. Remove the electrical cover after powering it down and trace the wires from the plug to the transformer looking for a reset or little glass fuse.

Have you double checked and made sure your getting power to the heater? Have you checkd the fuse on the ignition control board to see if it is good? If you have power goin to the heater and the fuse is good and nothing coming out of the board, then I would say you have a bad board. Hopefully it is just the fuse.
