Error code e1 f2

1.
Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control
board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace
keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate
keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board
(also called ERC or clock).

E1 f5 error code whirlpool gr399lxhs

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

Cant get my elecric single

You need to check the continuity of the wires from the mains plug to the main heating coil. This means that the switch and the circuit to the heating coils will confirm the short. If the heating element is short then the main line should be removed to confirm the short and so the circuit will not trip.

I have a whirlpool built

Hello, welcome to FixYa.

It sounds like the hi-limit safety thermostat may be tripped, that is the component that typically trips/activates during a self clean on many ranges.

Unfortunately you'll need to pull the oven from the cabinet. If you pull/slide the unit away from the wall and unplug it you can replace the hi-limit. It will be a non-reset type hi-limit (based on the model number you posted) so needs to be replaced as I mentioned, doing so will get you back up and cooking in no time.

**Unplug the range from the wall first of course...safety first**

Once you remove the panel you will need to look for a switch/thermostat which looks like this...

My oven is not baking

It's possible the lower bake element is not working. If the oven takes a long time to come up to temperature, that's a good indication that a baking element (bottom, broil element is on top) is bad.

I have an accubake electric

It sounds like the electronic timer/clock is in the automatic mode. It must be in the manual mode for the oven to work.
