what code is it giving. there should be a paper under front bottom kick panel. that has all codes and sequences on it . or you can google code list . i think it was power button 3-5 sec then any cycle button 3-5 seconds 3 times

Yes, I read a couple past members that diagnosed it as the MCU being the cause more than the CCU.So you can order the MCU and/or the CCU, then I'd install the MCU first to see if that fixes it.

Assuming that you mean the washer stops at the spin cycle and door remains locked, then thats normal safety precaution when tub has water in it. If the drain pump is bad or restricted this could be a reason for this happening. You can get the door opened by taking off the bottom front portion of the washer also known as a kickplate. Once this is done with the machine unplugged you can reach up on the right side an there usually is a plastic tab that you pull that will release the door catch. While your down there you can check the drain pump, located in the front center of the machine. On most of the front load the pumps have a center piece facing forwad that you can twist to the left to unscrew and remove any debris that could be blocking water flow. If this is the case you still may need to replace the drain pump depending on how long somethings been in the pump. Note that while you're doing this you will also find what they call a tech sheet inside the machine.
