Replacing door gasket
Most door gaskets are available online, most recommended taking drum out to replace, but task can easily be done by removing rubber from hole in machine (end of a spoon helps) then push drum back through the hole and you will see a large clip on rubber to the drum, unscrew clip and pull out rubber, reverse to replace. Good luck.
Water is filling tub after cycle is finished?
Probably bad electric valve for supply in the washer or control to it. If you unplug washer is it still filling? If so that confirms above. How old? Are you considering changing? If so ask cost to fix. You may want to "accelerate your buying decsion". For temporary solution you can turn off supply faucet. and back on when you want to wash.
What does the error code "lF" mean
Do you mean "LF" if so that's a "long Fill" code. usually means the machine is taking to long to fill. Check your water supply line. Make sure the faucets are fully open, no kinks in the hose's or sediment in any inline filters etc.
Unlock whirlpool duet washer
Your question isnt very explanitory. Are you having probs getting the door open if you cant maybe a prob in the pc programme or timer fault
How do I get water out of fabric softener cup
This is normal to have left over standing water in the softener dispenser cup. That being said, some units can have more standing water than others because the machine isn't level (try leveling the unit).
Note: Softener is a "wax" and can clog up the water inlet openings. You can remove the whole dispenser assembly by pulling all the way out and depressing a button while pulling on dispenser tray. (button located middle-back)

I have an F28 error what is wrong
As far as I know F28 error code means - SERIAL COMMUNICATIONS ERROR/MOTOR CONTROL UNIT ERROR. Caused by either a communications problem between the Central Control Unit and Motor Control Unit, or Motor Control Unit internal failure.
My Whirlpool Duet washer shows an F 28 error, what is the problem?
This means it is a communication error. Please follow the steps below on how to fix it.
- Unplug the electrical cord from the wall outlet.
- Open the detergent tray on the top of the washer and locate the Phillips screws that hold it in place.
- Remove the detergent tray screws using a Phillips screwdriver and pull off the tray.
- Find the control console unit reset lever and pull it toward you.
- Replace the detergent tray and secure it with the screws you removed. Plug the electrical cord back int the outlet.
