Your pump is jammed with a blockage, remove the filter and check the pump behind it is revolving, usually a hair grip or button in there...remember the washer is full of water so you will have a lot of water coming out
Whirlpool fron loader washer leaks at the door
The water should be able to come up to the door level without leaking. Chances are you have build up on the bottom side of the glass on your door. If so take a razor blade and scrape the build up off. Your door will quit leaking.
Soap dispenser not working properly, the fabric
Don't know where you live, but commonly silt comes up with the cold water supply, especially in rural areas, and clogs the holes in the dispenser. The best way to deal with this is an old toothbrush to rub it clean. When it dispenses some bits too soon, it could be that the water is pushing through the only holes that are available. Give it a good scrub with an old toothbrush and hopefully you will both be smiling :)

F-11 and DL-F Codes...
We had the same problem for 2 or 3 years. I was not able to find an answer to your question either (let me diagnose it, so I can fix it once and for all). I ended up taking out the control unit in the top front of the machine to have it "rebuilt". It's not a small task, as there are 10 or 12 sets of wire connecting to the unit. I sent the unit away to a company in either North or South Carolina. They rebuilt it for about $90. The machine has been working like a swiss watch since. We went through this process in 2011.
Whirlpool or their supplier made a faulty component, and this company has made a business improving it.
I have a Whirlpool model
No, NO, and No. Call a technician and expect to pay $500 bucks to fix this... or go washer shopping!

After the rinse cycle is finished. Water appears
The filter may be loose or not on or perhaps it could be a disconnected hose to the filter.
Unplug the washer.
Unscrew the lower panel on your washer (There are 3 star headed screws on the lower bottom panel)
Make sure that your filter box hasn't loosened up.
Its a white circular knob in the center bottom. Check for loose hose connections while your looking. there are two that go into the filter and are connected by hose clamps.
You may also want to clean the filter by following these steps.
1.Turn power off at breaker or unplug the washer.
2.Unscrew
the 3 star head bolts on the bottom panel.
3.Right
in front of you you'll see a white plastic with 2 hoses going into it
and a black box attached. It has a circular knob. That's where the
filter is located.
4. Unscrew the 1 silver screw attaching the
filter housing to the washer... this will make it easier to access the
white hose clamp. Slide the housing towards you to free it from the
washer frame.
5. Grab a bucket to catch the water that's in the hose
and place a towel under the washer too, this will keep any stray water
from going all over.
6.You can use a pair of Chanel lock pliers to
squeeze the hose clamp on the smaller white hose while you pull it free
from the housing, aim that hose into the bucket and shake it a bit to
get any particles out until it stops draining.
7. Now you can
unscrew the white circular filter knob to the left, be prepared for
some water to come out, keep the bucket and towel handy for this.
8.
Pull the filter all the way out and more than likely you'll be
surprised by how much **** is in there lol, I had a small screw driver,
a nail, coins and many other misc. debris.
9. Shake the filter
housing a little while its over the plastic bucket to help drain excess
water and crud out of the hose and housing.
10. Clean the filter and make sure all the holes are clear.
11.
Reinstall the opposite way you took it apart but keep the lower panel
off to make sure nothing is leaking after you do step 12.
12.Turn the power back on and press the cancel button twice and make sure the washer is set to spin
and drain cycle and run and watch it off and on until its done.
13. Go ahead and put the lower panel back on.
Our Whirpool duet washer will not spin, gives us
k now the washer beleives that it is full of water.
pour about 3/4 cup of veg oil in the dispenser. and start the unit.. this will get rid of the suds error.
F02 means long fill.. and the water level has not satisfied the computer for 40 secs. check water connections. making sure they are fully open.
to open the door if it does not unlock, in the dispenser there should be an ODD colored line, five that a tug and the door will pop open
