Upper oven takes forever to preheat
Deborah...all stoves have a row of fuses, usually under a strip cover. It sounds like one of the burner fuses have blown and needs replacing. If one is blown you would only have 110 volts on the element instead of 220 volts which would make the element only half as hot.
Cannot unlock the oven...

You need to replace the temperature sensor in the top oven cavity. I can't get you a part number or price because I can't find any service info without exact model number. Contact your local appliance parts store. It is easily replaceable with just a coupla' hand tools.
Oven is slow to heat up
The next thing you want to check is the element, remove the power looking at the element you will see two screws that hold it in place , remove the two screws and pull the element towards you you should see two wires on it , check to see the wires are still connected and also look over the element for damage and get back to me , if you are good with a tester when the element is pulled towards you , turn the power back on making sure the ends where it is connected to the wires are not touching any part of the stove after you turn on the power check the two ends to see if you have the 220 volts , Just be very careful I don't want you to get zapped !! I think by doing this you will see what is wrong, get back to me , if you need to reach me during the week and i am not on here email me at
