This unit doesn't have a tuner, This is what I found when researching this question for you.Maybe you can hookup DVD player or VCR player with audio and video cables, I know some VCR's have HDMI on them too that can be hooked on that TV. Good Luck

we have to unplug the hdmi cord at the cable box and plug back in . Try it, I just figured my set is on it's last leg

The Y sus and both buffers will need replacement. all 3 boards must be replaced together.

i had the similar problem. i'm not a tech but like to take stuff apart to find the problem. on my tv i took the back completely off. do not touch the boards. if you follow the power supply from the plug up two boards i found a small white adjustment screw. it was just up and to the right slightly from the plug. with a small screw driver i turned it slightly to the right and the flickering and delayed picture went away. couldn't tell you why it worked but it did. hope this helps, saved us $800 to buy a new tv.
