Grinder can only be adjusted while operation.Also push down on the know whilst truning.

Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.

That light indicate that you need to change the water filter in the tank. The water filter is either an Aqua prima
or intenza filters. If you are not using the filter I would suggest to just reset the light. You can reset the light by holding down the water button under the coffee brew button. Looks like a water drop.

I understand that your coffee maker is not producing coffee. However, it is operating normal in all other respects. This is usually a common problem when the machine needs to be descaled. You may also need to clean the brew unit. Here is the link to the manual for you Saeco Incanto Rondo C class coffee machine it give you all of the directions to clean and descale.

One other question did you remove the dregs drawer with the machine off. If you did you will need to do cleaning to reset the machine as removing the dregs drawer with the machine off will not allow it to brew coffee.

For this kind od problem the only way to solve them is to remove the top and side panels and put the machine in operation and have a very good visual inspection in both standby position and work all position of the machine so you can find which point is been loose and is leaking.
Usualy the pipes which are made from teflon is not well secure to their metal union and they just need to be press by hands all the way in again. However some other points you will need tools to tight a nut for not leaking.
We sugest to perform the above insection the soones since if the leaking have a posibility to go over an electrical contact this might make an electrical short and this might damage the machine. However if the leaking is at the bottom of the machine then you will only have the mess you describe above but is also posibble that the coffee is not made with corect waterpressure so the result is not so good.

Due to the use the grinding burrs are slightly move and wire out. So I advice you to move only one max two step to more fine coffee grinding from the one you have and try the coffee.
The test you have to do is that for about 30 cc of coffee the time that the coffee will run should be about 20 to 22 seconds. If the coffee more faster you need more fine grinding. If the coffee run more slower than 28 sec you need more gross coffee grinding.
