This is how I got mine to work after weeks of struggling just trying to find a new remote (hisense is really hard to contact....).
1) Turn the TV ON. unplug the tv while still ON 2) hold down the "menu" button on the side of the TV and plug it back in. keep holding it down. the TV should turn on with the menu popping up. use the Vol <> keys and Channel <> keys to navigate the menu. go to the Vchip menu, and play around. I'm not sure what ultimately worked, but i changed the Vchip password to 1111, turned the reset menu to "on" and played around with the ratings settings (turning most of them to "u"s etc).
I went through this process several times and finally, the black background behind the menu turned to static. I played around with the channels, and the TV was unlocked. I turned the TV off, and then on again, and the channels showed up normally (no static). and it was no longer locked. I had to do the unplug thing several times, and was getting really frustrated looking for an "unlock code" in the manual (it just says press the button on the remote. so it was not really helpful).
But really, once you can just get to that menu you've made some progress, and just keep playing around with it until something works.

Replacing the Caps: won't do anything. Please do not waste your time, money and effort. The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

power supply issue..may be some bad capacitors simply replace them....dada....your prob solved happy to help

The unit has a fault on its power board and sustain board.
It turns off because the sensor is preventing some component from bacoming overheated and catching fire or damaging further components. Seel professional repair.

Which country are u in? Most countries have shutdown their analogue TV now.

The TV must be in range of your wireless router in order for the TV to connect. You have to put the wifi password in the TV and sometimes the mac address of the TV into the wifi section of the router

Check out your power supply since set is sort of dead with no audio or video.

Contact the authorized service center.

I would first try a different input and cable if possible.

To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This procedure will make it a hard reset.
