Hi, To the best of my knowledge these things only come with a general leaflet telling you not to immerse them in water and so forth. It's a floppy disk drive. It should just work.

Most external memory drives tend to be "Plug and Play". Basically as long as you have the correct cable to connect it to a laptop or a PC you should be able to access the information on it. Plug it into you laptop/PC and give it at least 30 seconds for the computer to find and connect to it.
