This problem was already posted by someone else and they were having the same issue as you.. they said that they contacted FOX engineers via email and they emailed them back stating there was a problem on there end and with in the next day the channel started to show up on the Olevia television.
Seems like FOX has changed there frequencies and some television were having trouble picking them up.. depending in the area..you might want to try contacting them in regards to your problem to see what they suggest..

one thing you can do is reset the TV. You can go to menu, setting, then scroll down to the bottom and choose the reset all. The second thing is make sure that the source you have hooked up to the TV has good connection. Best way to test is to use a DVD player using HDMI or component cable.

Not much you can do on your own, First unplug the set for a hour then try again (this will reset the tv) it may have no effect, if it does not the problem is in the power supply board. It can be fixed but if the set is not in warranty it will cost as much as a new one. A ballpark service price will be from 350-600 so you have an idea.

I have the exact same problem, haven't found a solution.

How do w ge a manual for our 'new' 2nd hand Olevia?

On mine the indicator light is indicating that it is in STANDBY mode, which means it is OFF. Press the button again, which will turn off the light and now the tv is ON. Now merely press(possibly multiple times) SOURCE to find the correct source for your Cable/SAT and your good to go.

Hit menu go video screen settings, choose normal for 4:3 and Full 16:9 for full screen.

Picture would not come on after turning it on. I have this set up as a monitor and connected to satellite tv. I rebooted several times and it came back once. I powered it off and it will not come back. It flashes but no picture.

Have you checked what happens when other forms of SOURCES are used. For example, when you switch away frrom HDMI or Tuner, etc. Does this still appear? If not then it could be with a cabling issue or possibly a cab;le/SAT, DVD, etc. issue. But if it persists, then it's totalled, unless it doesn't bother you.lol..... Good Luck!

my tv do not want to turn on

its posible a lose connection. on lcd's is a common failure. during transport. by sea its almost imposible to avoid , some contamination. need to be serviced , cleaned or replaced the defective component. tell me more about ,does it has sound?

you may have to go into the menu of the player to change the setting!

since it's broken, proceeded to disassembled LT27HVX, re-seated connectors that go to the main circuit board that's in the middle of the tv, there are 3 (single row, about 15 or more pins) connectors, simply unplugged / plugged them several times to clean the contacts, must have been a bad connection somewhere, LT27HVX now works fine, only recommeded if you're technically inclined to open up the tv.

Have the same problem with a 532H - but here is what I did to resolve the issue:
1) Click your Menu button on the TV remote.
2) Go to Screen (click the right button)
3) Go to Main Picture Source (click the right button)
4) Select HDMI (click the Menu button when done)

I just purchased the same model remote and the code i found for a olevia is 1207. Please try this and see if it works for you.
