well , use test lamp to find lost power. any desk lamp , turn it on then plug it in to all AC power jacks that connect to this AutoClave. You have a microscope with a camera in or on it? And the cord goes to a tablet computer? And "pulled up codes to download" means whet? "Pulled up"? "codes"? Did you "download"? Most operating systems will use a graphics program to accept an image from a TWAIN device like a camera or a scanner. Perhaps you could use something like that. I have used some different programs with cameras and scanners under Windows long ago (XP and Vista).
