Does the machine initialise? You should be able to hear it??? If not then it could be the formatter board but if it does initialise then check the screen or the cable

Dear A scan copy of the printing and information on paper setting would bet better to understand. however the dots appeared at bottom may cause due to the drum unit corrosion or spots on its surface. Try to clean drum and PCR roller with cotton cloth dampen with isopropyle alcohol. and warm up with rubbing dry cotton on the surface of PCR and drum. Note don't work with direct light or sun light. Try to clean the transfer roller with soft brush. Thanks.

there is an error in the rotation of the fixing film. check the fixing film sensor and make sure that all the wiring and the connectors are connected securely. if it persists, consider replacing the fuser fixing film thanks

Changing of laser is not essential...if your machine shows error E100-0001, E100-0002, E100-0003 & E110-0000 you will be must change the laser unit...
