We do not recommend that any part of the unit is lubricated with an oil based lubricant such as WD40. This can cause a sticky residue which can attract dirt and debris which in turn can make the problem worse; it can also cause premature degradation of the plastic componants of the unit and it can cause staining to the fabric.

Clean the chassis thoroughly as per the user manual using a soft cloth and furniture polish or a dry Teflon spray (available in the laundry aisle of most supermarkets). As you're cleaning, collapse the unit to ensure that the central tube is all thoroughly cleaned of any residue, dirt and debris.

The Quinny Dreami will fit onto the Buzz chassis regardless of age.

i got fed up of my little one getting annoyed because he wanted to sit up and the buggy wouldnt !! so i brought a luggage strap fixed it behind the seat around frame and cliped it together,seat goes upright, you can still vary the incline of the seat and take off when not needed! PROBLEM SOLVED! XX

the new seat fabric does not fit the older model seat frame but
the new model seat unit as a whole(with the metal frame) will fit the older model
that is the only difference between them everything else fits the older model
does that make sense?

Im not sure if the older fabric fits the new frame but it is worth ago if you need the larger seat later on

Hi this usually only happens if you have bags on the handle bar, they can not take the weight mine did the same I bought those clips thinking oh!!!! very handy, but as soon as I add bags that happened.

You need to either have a new inner tube put in it or you can try adding a flat repair gel in the tube to fix the leak. You can get what they call "Green Slime" their are other brands also available under different names but this is most common. It can be purchased at Walmart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Auto Parts Stores. This is easy to pump into the tube valve stem without removing the tube or wheel and should fix any holes or leaks on it. Then just pump it up and you should be ready to go.

hi this is replaceable but you have to replace the handle and not just the cable easy to do look at

parts are available direct from quinny

Stick the front wheels in a bucket of hot soapy water first. Take out of bucket turn the wheels and dip back in. Repeat till wheels turn freely. Allow to air dry than spray with lubricant. I prefer silicon sprays over oil based ones like WD40.

hey it took me a while to figure it out, at the top of the padded shoulder straps at the back if you feel with your fingers you will find a popper fastening you have to pull it so that it comes away then you should be able to find that the harness is attatched by a loop, take that off and then with the harness unattatched you can thread the slits of the footmuff through and then reattatch it all including the padded shoulder straps, i took mine apart today because my daughter has outgrown the comfort cushion so i took it off after realising there was a bigger seat unit undernath it i bet not alot of people know you can do this, anyhow, by adding the footmuff it makes it alot more padded and cosyier hope that helps!
