HI, if it's the same model as I have: start with the frame facing you with the break on, you will see 2 long grey 'buttons' situated where the seat clips in to the frame. One of these buttons has arrows on it like this ^, this one you push in the direction of the arrows. The other you, simultaneously push in. You then push the whole frame down - this takes a bit of pressure. The whole thing should fold flat, you then secure it with the cable located near the wheel.
This sounds very complicated, it isn't once you've done it the first time - I hope it makes sense to you!
Would a bumper bar for
The Quinny Buzz bumper bar is only for the Quinny Buzz and will not fit a Quinny Speedi.

If you have tightened all visable screws this indicates that the rivets need replacing, which unless you have a rivet gun you cannot do yourself. If the Buzz is under 2 years old return to your retailer with proof of purchase and they will send it to the engineers under warranty terms and conditions. If it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase contact 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book in for chargeable inspection/repair work required. Standard charge 72GBP which includes courier collection and delivery.

The front wheel on my
Hi,
The best thing to do is to remove the front wheel (depress the black buttons either side of the front axle and pull!) then completely clean the wheel assembly in warm water and a SMALL amount of gentle detergent, then dry completely, apply a small amount of vaseline or similar, then replace. This should help.

My quinny buzz hood has no zip. How can i attach
Good AfternoonIf the Buzz is a 2011 model it will not have the zipper on the hood as it is not designed to be used with the season set (this accessory pack is for 2005-2010 models only and is no longer produced)

hi this is replaceable but you have to replace the handle and not just the cable easy to do look at

If so, and your product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase you will need to contact the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book it in for chargeable inspection & repair work required. Standard charge is £60 and this will include courier delivery service of the unit back to your address; In addition, you will need to make arrangements and cover costs for the product to be sent by courier into the engineers.
