Reply with the correct model number. "Pro 155" designates a series. We need to know whether you have a heater with a spark plug or a heater with an ignitor (glowbar).

Both problems soud like fuel delivery problems. Start troubleshooting fuel delivery problems by checking and getting the air pump pressure to specs.

air pressure should be no more than 3.5 psi. could be your pressure is too high and is blowing out the flame.

r your fingers in the pump the wrong way there not square and have to b in right or they don't spin don't force good luck

Change the CAD flame sensor, it's a $3 part and they are all the same, just the mounting is different. Put it on your mount and sould be fine.

Provided the rotor and vanes are serviceable the pump should produce around 10 psi if you completely close off the airline tubing. If your gauge will not read with the tubing totally restricted, then I would check the relief valve to see if the ball is in first, then the spring, then the screw with the hole. These items should be in the longer of the 2 bosses. If no pressure reading at this time you either have a broken rotor or a defective gauge.

If you get some pressure with the tubing restricted, but there is not enough, then use soapy water to find the air leak. If there is a crack in the plastic end cover- replace it.

There are about 5 or 6 things that can cause what you have described. And there are the same amount of solutions for those things. The knobs on the back are for adjusting the pump pressure. But, that may not be the problem. It could be old or bad kerosene. Not enough fresh air where you're using the heater. The heater may need cleaning. Incomplete combustion.

Several things could cause this. 1) water in the fuel 2) a bad thermostat 3) broken solder joints on the control board. If you are absolutely sure that the fuel pressure is correct (4.5 psi) then I would check the items that I have listed and correct any problems. This should solve your problem but if it does not go to http://www.reddyparts.com as they have an extensive diagnosis library and they would be the people you would need to get the parts from.

hi, it sounds like the jet or nozzle is dirty. try cleaning it out with a bit of carb cleaner and a torch nozzle pick set or sewing needle if needed, and becareful not make the hole bigger than the origional size, also be sure to unplug it. good luck
