Why do I keep getting transmission errors?

Using wireless limits your data speed. As you see when using colour high resolution images, it has problems with sheer amount of data the scanner is trying to push through it. Try connecting to it direct with a USB lead to do the scanning.

Is my ae2220 overheating?

If it\'s running XP then it\'s most likely a older machine. Both lapstop and desktop suck in air and all the dust loves to coat the internals of your PC. Can of compressed air will help if you know how to open the PC up.

My computer is restarting all the time. How can I check why this is happening?

First, make sure you have anti-virus software that is up to date and the computer isn?t infected with anything. If it?s not a virus, restart the computer and enter Safe Mode (press F8 while the computer is loading), and wait a few minutes. If the computer doesn?t restart itself in Safe Mode, then you might be having a software problem. If it does, it?s a hardware problem. There are a lot of possibilities. The problem with windows is that it restarts automatically every time there?s a problem and it?s hard to see the message that appears detailing the problem. To change that? go to System Properties in the Control Panel and click on Advanced>startup and recovery>settings. Remove the check no ?Automatically restart?. Next time the problem occurs you?ll get some more information about it that would help you solve it. Good luck.

Mosfet check

1. Switch your multimeter to the Diode test position.
The following steps are for an N-Channel MOSFET.
Hold the Black lead to the MOSFET's source terminal.
2. Touch the GATE terminal momentarily with the Red lead.
3. Then touch the DRAIN terminal with the Red lead without touching the GATE terminal with your fingers.
The multimeter should show a low reading now. (The MOSFET is now ON)
4. With the RED and BLACK leads still connected to the DRAIN and Source terminals of the MOSFET, now touch the GATE terminal with your finger. The Multimeter should immediately show an open cct. (The MOSFET is now OFF)
This is a very simple way to test a MOSFET.

My computer is restarting over and over

If it gets into windows and then shutsdown after a very short time. Then start it again and click on the start menu A.S.A.P. click on the run command and enter:
shutdown -a
Then O.K.

If it no longer shuts down after typeing in that command then you have a virus and need toi run anti-virus software to clean it out. If this is the case then you also have the virus in some of your restore points and they need to be cleaned out as well.

Good luck. Be more specific about at what point it starts to restart.

Epson Projector S05 text is shodow

If the text on your Epson EB-S05 projector is appearing blurry or shadowed, there are several possible causes and solutions to consider:
  1. Check the focus: Make sure the projector is in focus by adjusting the focus ring. If the text still appears blurry, try adjusting the position of the projector or the screen.
  2. Check the resolution: If the input resolution of your projector does not match the native resolution of your display or screen, the text may appear blurry or shadowed. Check the resolution settings on both your projector and your device to make sure they match.
  3. Check the cables: If the cables connecting your projector to your device are old or damaged, they may cause interference or display issues. Try replacing the cables with new ones and see if that improves the text clarity.
  4. Check the lamp: If the lamp on your projector is old or damaged, it may cause the image to appear dim or blurry. Check the lamp hours and replace the lamp if necessary.
  5. Check the settings: Make sure that the brightness, contrast, and other settings on your projector are properly adjusted. Experiment with different settings to find the optimal image quality.
If none of these solutions work, it may be necessary to consult the Epson customer support or to take the projector to a professional technician for repair.

Epson Artisan 835 waste pad cleaning or replacement, how?

The Epson Artisan 835 waste pad is located in the printer's waste ink compartment and is designed to absorb any excess ink that is generated during the printing process. Over time, the waste pad can become saturated with ink, which can cause issues with the printer's performance. To clean or replace the waste pad on an Epson Artisan 835 printer, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the printer's cover and locate the waste ink compartment.
  3. Carefully remove the waste pad from the compartment.
  4. Clean the waste pad with a damp cloth, or replace it with a new one if it is heavily saturated with ink.
  5. Reinstall the waste pad into the waste ink compartment.
  6. Close the printer cover and plug the printer back in.
It's important to note that this process can be messy and you should use gloves and old clothes to avoid getting ink on your hands or clothes. Also, some printer models may have a different process to access the waste pad, you might need to consult the printer's manual or Epson website to know more about your specific model.

Is there anyway to connect my Chromebook to my Epson EMP-83H projector when my Chromebook only has either a USB or 2 Type -C ports?

Yes, there are a few ways to connect your Chromebook to an Epson EMP-83H projector even if your Chromebook only has a USB or 2 Type-C ports. Here are a few options you can try:
  1. Use a USB-C to HDMI adapter: If your projector has an HDMI input, you can use a USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector.
  2. Use a USB-C to VGA adapter: If your projector has a VGA input, you can use a USB-C to VGA adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector.
  3. Use a Chromecast or similar device: You can use a Chromecast or similar device that can be connected to the projector via HDMI, this device will let you mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector wirelessly.
  4. Use Google Meet: If the projector have internet connectivity, you can use Google Meet on your Chromebook to conduct a video call, you can share the screen of your Chromebook with the projector and use it as if it were connected through cable.
  5. Use a USB-C to USB adapter: If your projector has a USB input, you can use a USB-C to USB adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to use the USB function on the projector, such as using a USB drive to display content on the projector.
It's worth to mention that, Before buying any adapter or device, make sure it's compatible with your projector, and also check the resolution and refresh rate supported by the adapter to ensure that it can meet your needs. Additionally, it's always best to check the instruction manual of your projector and the adapter to ensure that you are using it correctly.

Hi, You can't use SSC service to reset this printer EPROM. The best solution to reset this printer by using Epson Adjustment program for L120 which you can get it from the other sites(for free). The other program with the same capability you can find it here Hope this will answer your question. model_=_l120__port_=_auto_selection__adjprog_ver_2017-08-25_12-49-37-gonwqssj54xei2lmigmvvzjk-4-0.png Epson L120 Free Resetter
