Hinge screws probably loose. Refrigerator doors have hinges screwed on the outside. The hinges allow for you to move door to be level, loosen screws, move door level and hold it there till you tighten screws. Sometimes the hinges are covered with a plastic piece that you pry gently up on to remove.
read the user manual or get a technician out under warranty
from 10 down to 0 on a fridge is getting colder with the smaller numbers
with a freezer 0 to 10 gets colder as the numbers get bigger
how about the defrost heaters thermal fuse ? its on the back of unit with a port into the defrost heater inside with black and red wires going to it of course if it went then its pretty much a sure thing that the defrost thermostat is bad as thermal fuses don't usually go like that for no reason
your crossover vents are iced up so no air flow defrost long enough for the ice in the vents to melt. while doing this pull out frig and clean fan and vac all dust out.
vac big coil on back also. this should help

Hi Peter, It it's not freezing the fridge up then it needs regassing but it it's freezing the fridge up then could be the thermostat, Good luck mate..... CHEERS..
The problem is that the pipe that feeds the filtered water is broken. It is a common problem. If you are handy you can fix it. You buy an 8mm press fit elbow. Google it. If you want to see what these are you need to look under the fridge. The best way to do this is tilt the fridge to one side and then put a piece of wood under the gap. Tilt the other way and put wood under the other side. Keep doing this until you can see the white pipe under the corner of the door. Your will see a that the pipe is cracked at the bend. You need to fit the 8mm elbow onto the cracked pipe. This is not easy. Make sure that you wind the adjustable feet down so that the fridge does not crush the elbow. On my fridge the pipe was brittle and weak. I took a piece from the filler end.If you look under you will see a clear pipe that is joined to the white pipe. That joiner is an 8mm push fit joiner. You need a 90degree version to join at the cracked bit. Once you have the joiner, carefully cut the crack through and push the joiner UP first, then fit the other piece in. Be careful to tuck the finished pipe away. When I did it the fridge crushed the joiner when I took away the timber.

I believe the actual colors should be re for run windings and white for start capcitor and green or brown or black for ground.
AT TIMES YOU MAY HEAR THE COMPRESSOR CLICK OFF AND ON OVER AND OVER. Signs of a bad start relay or capacitor. Check with an OHMS meter for continuity (ohms) and voltage, capacitor can be checked for Microfares.
To check ur compressor with multi meter:
Disconnect and remove the relay and capacitor from compressor, somes located next to compressor in a casing.
You wills see 3 prongs coming out of compressor. 1 goes to ur srtart winding, 1 goes to ur run winding and the center goes to ur ground.
Place ur meter connector or prong on the start prong and the other on the ground (center prong) take note of the reading in OHMS for example 5 ohms.
Next place meter prong on run prong and the center ground prong agin. Take note of the reading in OHMS. Example 4 ohms
Next place meter prong on the start prong and the other on the run prong, now take note of the reading example 9 ohms. Now match the total of this ohms test with the total of ur two separate test. 9 ohms, if they match ur ok give or take 5 percent plus or minus. One more test to make to test of there is a short in compressor attach meter prong to ground prong and rub the other end of meter prong to metal ( scrape the metal clean of paint and test on metal surface not painted surface. If it shows continuity or ohms , u have a short in ur compressor. It should show infinity
