No drivers / Incorrect driver setup on user pc 

I loss the drivers of HP LaserJet 1020 printer. I need now. Please help me.

Clean or replace the solenoid

1. Cartridge must be in good condition. 2. Laser scanner shutter might be not opening, check attachments. 3. Bios voltage pins are not contacting the cartridge.. You can see these pin at the left side of the cartridge bank after removing the cartridge. If these pins are broken or misplaced in any reason you may get blank page. Most of the cases scanner shutter notch will broke shown in pic 2.

Hello, remove the cartridge and check inside the printer, on the left side of the sponge roller about 1 inch/2.5 cm down, there is a lever that engages a flag at the back of the printer ( the sensor in case tells the printer that the cartridge is in the printer) check that lever and make sure it moves freely. If there is a pice of paper behind that lever, when you insert the cartridge the lever will not go all the way.

A cold reset should not reset the print count. Those are usually stored in non-volatile memory to prevent scammers from selling used products as new.

Masalah dengan printer nya bos tidak mengeluarkan hasil ..
Udah ganti cartridge tapi hasil nya masih kosong..

Itu bisa masalah di sensor yg ada di dekat power .
Itu bisa sensor nya tidak di kedudukan seharus nya ..

Juga bisa masalah di DC printer nya bos...
terlalu kotor karna tumpah serbuk cartridge nya

There is issue with cartridge drum change that drum (It's in blue or green colour). the second option is change the cartridge.
Your issue will be fixed.

this is a usual problem with the early models of printers. if you go onto control panel and then printers for the properties then print test page. if this prints fine then you will have to use the add/remove programmes to remove printer software. then delete the printer and install again but not from disc as windows has a package which will do it for you. leave disc in drawer and dont run. just search for the drive whilst installing printer. if this doesnt solve your problem then use the software which you will have to install again. if this doesnt occur then take cartridges out and check if they are correct ones or compatibles as hp not too compatible friendly due to counters.

HP support does not list the dpi for its "EconoMode (Save Toner)" setting, however the next highest setting is 600 dpi.

If you are printing drafts and want to save toner, the EconoMode can be chosen in Control Panel from one of your printer's properties tabs.
