Hi, I've found solution when you are trying to print to Panasonic, and showed at the screen pc data cannot complete, you need to remove the security code at the Panasonic. as soon as you remove the code, you can print from windows. good luck. Oki Latief

I ran into the same problem with a client who had a Panasonic. Due to Panasonics withdrawl from the market, they junked the machine. I could find no valid cause for the error and did not have another ADF to put on it. If you can get into a diagnostics mode you may be able to test and find which sensor has failed.

Hi p Hinkle, Go in to function mode (function + original size + 3 at the same time). Go to F7 for counters, find the fuser web counter and set it to 240,000 to reset it. Set any other counter alarms that go off to 0. The maintenance period is supposed to be 240k copies, but from the factory it comes set as 120k so you can change that if you want.
