What can I use to clean the enamel sides of my neff oven which seems to have got greasy?

there are many de-greasers out there, or even lemon juice if you want a natural, food-safe chemical-free option.... for particularly bad build-up you could use paint stripper which is fine to use on enamel. good old fashioned elbow grease with a scourer and strong solution of washing-up liquid will do it, but be patient.

I've just replaced a Neff oven fan...works fine until I put the rear panel back on, then it trips the fuses box in the whole house!

You have a protruding connection. Check what the panel is touching when you are replacing it.

We want to buy a Neff bu-in double oven which needs a 20 amp supply (hard-wired).Our old existing oven is running on a 30 amp supply apparently. Will we have problems when the new Neff is fitted?

The breaker could be changed from 30a to 20a. A 30amp breaker will run the unit but you will have less/no protection since the oven will pull 10 extra amps before it trips which could totally fry your oven depending on the failure. Re-check the wording to see if it says 'minimum' 20amp breaker or if it indicates 20amp breaker only. If it's minimum 20amp I'd run it. If it says 20amp only, I'd change the breaker. The existing wiring and outlet will be OK, if the plug-in is the same. Get an electrician to change the breaker. You should really know what you are doing before you try it yourself.
