Arrow on lid, Arrow on handle. Line them up. I just did it. I knew it was something simple but I didn't think it would be that simple.

Check power to where you had it plugged in. Maybe it is the switch on the unit or the motor has died. Then replace the unit.

That depends upon where it's broken and how handy you are. If you can still get to the small wire that continues on into the motor windings, you may be able to carefully strip the varnish off its end and solder a wire directly to it.
