KitchenAid Kitchen Aid KFP715OB - Food Processor, 7 Cup Work Bowl, Onyx Black - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
After plugging it into a Indian socket my entire house electricity tripped
Could be the appliance is faulty or is intended for a different mains voltage. If your mains are 220/230 volts and the appliance is intended for use on 110 volt mains...
Sometimes appliances are intended for universal use and must be adjusted before use. The instruction book will give details.
Sometimes an appliance is supplied with an unsuitable power plug and sometimes without a plug at all, requiring the power plug to be changed for a suitable type. This process is or has been responsible for many minor disasters and a few major ones. It is important such a basic and routine thing is performed competently.
It is of course possible something was or is wrong with the power outlet or perhaps the atmosphere was steamy and some condensation was carried into the outlet when the appliance was plugged in.
I hope this helps.

Why wont my kitchenaid foodprocessor start?
Take the bowl off, turn it on in the centre at the front where the base of the handle would normally be there is a light coloured button/plastic piece. Push it in with a matchstick. If the motor now starts then you have a problem with the safety switching mechanism in either the bowl or the lid. It is more often the lid. The only solution is to replace the faulty part. Easiest is go to a service agent and buy whichever part solves the problem.

Why does Kitchenaid blender KSB655 have burning smell during operation?
If it is not something to do with the coupling (rubber one on the jug bottom and hard plastic one on top of the motor) then I'd be checking that the cutter shaft is not getting hot. If it was the motor playing up normally they pop into error and stop with flashing lights. The switch panels give very little trouble.

My kitchenmaid pitcher is stuck on the mixer. it still mixes, it won;t detach
The coupling on the motor has become bonded to the coupling on the beaker. Maybe it was moving about excessively and the 2 plastic parts have fused together. You can expect to have to replace the motor coupling and at the least the blade assembly or possibly the whole beaker depending on model. Knowing what you are up for needing to replace now if you wish to get it off put a litre of water in it, put the lid on and turn it on high and wobble, wriggle it about until it is able to be lifted off.

How do I remove the motor on kitchenaid Diamond blender, removing the coupler?
Put the base back on, determine which way the motor normally turns from the top when running. Drill a hole in the edge flange of the driving coupling. Stick a punch or screwdriver in the hole and whack the punch with a decent hammer to shock the coupling in the direction it normally will be turning. Sometimes it's a few whacks, sometimes a whole lot more but eventually they always come undone. Replace the coupling.

dont normally have a fuse
self insulated plugs for safety
fault is either the plug, motor or switch
with a continuity test light or meter
you need to check there is a constant circuit at the two plug prongs

How do I check for power to motor?
If you have to ask how to do it then there is a good chance that you will not have the equipment to do the check and if you do have a meter you will be electrically unsafe doing it. For starters you need a multi meter, disconnect the motor from the speed control pcb and check it for a circuit. It is more likely that the motor or pcb will be faulty, cable faults on blenders are very rare but now you have your meter you can disconnect the cable from the pcb and check each wire for a circuit.
