I have two mix breed dogz, and it won't let me breed them.
Mix breed dogs CAN have puppies, but i think it takes longer, as two dogs of different breeds take longer than the same breed w/ mating. It might just take time, shouldnt be more than 1hour, even if they dont know each other, or hate each other. If you check the MatchStatus.. welll... i think if its similar they get along better.. or something..
Yeah, just give them time. It will work, unless you have bugs in ur game.
Scene Editor Won't Work!
You may not have the hardware requirements to have Scene Editor to have it function properly. Check the system requirements.

She won't give birth
It usually takes about 3-4 days. Give it time, but if she has been pregnent for over about 7 days, i'd say she has a stuck pregenency. You can get dogs stuck pregent if you fastforward time, by changing your computor clock. If you've done this, there is no way (that i know of) of getting ur dog un-pregnent.

here. Download the second patch and install it. This will update Petz 4 to Petz 4.2. This patch was originally meant for XP, but does fix Vista and 7 too problem.
Graphic quality
Try right-clicking on your desktop (home screen, whatever) and going to screen resolution. If yours is up at the highest point or close to it, lower it all the way down. Try Petz again and it should work fine. This worked for me, so..
