What are you printing a Word document when this happens ? suspect pattern may be in the software you are printing from. Go to software help screen and look search for removing background pattern or removing watermark.

1.The terminal for the first transfer pressure/release sensor is not connected properly. Reconnect the terminal. 2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2).
