From my past experience, yes. Not sure about the 11v being low. My kdf 45 acted that way when the main lamp went out. Found a replacement on Amazon for around $45 and now good to go! A 3 blink error on this model is saying that your lamp cover is not on properly. Check your lamp cover and door. Make sure they are seated sucurly. If this doesn't fix your problem. Then the switch or little board buy the lamp cover is bad and needs replaced. This is called the T board.
