OK, but first try to clear the error under service mode, then replace fixing film assy, for EU 240V is FG6-6041.
To clear the error:

Turn off and on ( main switch )

If this dont help - replace fixing film assy.

It means that your waste toner box is full.

You can do the next:

On left side of copier, on lower left side you have small cover with screw.With screw driver unscrew it and remove cover. Remowe the waste toner box/container, and clean it, after you removed toner wash it with water and clean the inside and outside of box neck with alcohol to remove the antistatics. Place it back and restart the copier.

E000014-0000 ir 3300 canon machine solution

Hi,
This error is idicating that the fuser motor is not turning. Rotate the green fuser knob to see if it is hard to turn. If freely turning then a gear, motor, or DC Controller board is bad. If hard to turn then try to find what is keeping it from turning. The motor Assy is behind the cover right next to the fuser knob. Good Luck.

0001 A fault is detected by the main controller PCB in the communication between
the DC controller PCB and the main controller PCB.
Main cause The connector has poor connection. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Action
1. Connector, DC controller PCB
Is the connection between the connector J1015 on the main controller PCB
and the conductor J316 on the DC controlled PCB normal?
NO: Correct the connection.
YES: Replace the DC controller

I will gladly help you understand what's going on, but I am afraid nothing short of service call will actually resolve your problem. First off, the error code you are getting will cause the copier to just suddenly STOP...... which indeed will cause you to wind up with a paper stoppage but not a true paper jam. I apologize for what is like a distinction without a difference,but i just wanted to give the benefit of as much information as possible.The error code you are getting refers a subsystem of the copier called the fuser, which is a high temperature high pressure area that is common to all copiers. Because of the potential danger of high temp and pressure, all copier manufacturers design their products to be VERY sensitive to monitoring all aspects of the fuser as they do not wish to burn your building down. (bad 4 marketing) The E000007 error code refers to the fusing system. The code basically means that the on board computer of the copier did not get the signal it requires telling it that the fuser was working properly. That in fact it was not turning at the same time /speed as the copier. There is a sensor on this "fusing unit" that detects this speed. Either the sensor is bad, the fusing unit is indeed not turning at the correct speed and therefore is defective, or the dc controller ( a circuit board on the machine that processes most inputs) is defective. Most likely its the fuser/fusing unit which indeed is a "unit" and if it needs to be replaced will include the sensor previously described. The fuser (Canon also refers to it as a fixing unit) is good for @150000 copies more or less according to Canon and that is one of those things that I would call "according to the manufacturer" promises.In short, after this long winded description, unless you are a well trained copier tech, you will need one. But at least I have given you enuff info that you won't get screwed by the "copier dude" . :-) Of course I "IS" one. LOL . Fixing film rotation error

An error in the rotation of the fixing film is detected.
The reading of the main thermistor is 100°C or higher and, in addition, the
fixing film sensor does not detect the rotation of the film for 6 sec or more
while the fixing motor is driven.

Main cause: The fixing film sensor (PS45) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution: To clear the error, execute the following in service mode:
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.

Action
1. Wiring
Are the wring and the connectors connected securely?
DC controller PCB (J311) <-> relay connector <-> fixing film sensor
NO: Connect the wiring and the connectors.
2. Fixing film sensor
Check the fixing film rotation signal.When the fixing motor is rotating, is
the film rotation detection signal sent by the fixing film sensor to the
concoctor J311 of the DC controller PCB?
Film rotation detection signal: 5V pulse signal between J311-A9
(FILM_ROT_D) and J311-A8 (GND); at intervals of 100 msec ON and 440
msec OFF
NO: If the fixing film is normal, replace the sensor.
3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB
Is there a fault in the fixing film edge rotation detection mechanism?
YES: Replace the fixing film unit.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

E024 The developing assembly connector is disconnected/Disconnection of Toner sensor.

continuously for 100 msec. Replace the developing assembly toner sensor. Connect the connector. Replace the DC controller

TRY THIS:

Remove toner and check for broken parts on tube, check the connection of toner assy, reconect all connectors on dc controller pcb.

If you removed the toner assy before the error occcured check if all connectors are properly inserted.

You must go to the Canon support site for any firmware updates.

what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.
