No most system are maxed on the phone ... but if you had a panasonic system they are know for multi conferencing.

What firmware is running on the phone?

Heidi the only way you can test this telephone will be on a network that has cisco callmanager software installed.

Verify that your VOIP phone is still plugged into a POE (Power over ethernet) port. If it is, verify the integrity of your network line. If for any reason your line is damaged (like dropping some gear on it, shutting it in a connex door, leg of your cot pinching it, or even your IMO got confused and snipped the line. Definitely check layer 1 which is your physical line, and the switch it plugs into. Check your ends also, if you have crappy crimp jobs on your RJ45 ends you might be in trouble. See if you cant score some CAT6 cable from the commo guys. That'll help.

Check the codecs. Make sure you have the same codec at each end.

What devices do you have aside from the IP phone? Model numbers?

Sounds like a firewall or ACL.
while offhook, press the "?" 2 x, see if there the phone is sending packets or go to the network settings and get the IP Address.
You could try to reset the phone to factory.

I think the main problem is to determine the intergrated router or Call manager configuration
You can also connect on switch and type:show cpd neighbor This will show the physical port connections
