Screen difficult to view on autorefractor

Is because is similar to old tv's. You have to take it out the screw exavtly below the monitor, there is a hole you should introduce a allen key 3 mm .after you take it out the screw uou are able to take the monitor out and move the tv controls on the board, brightness and contrast until you have better image.

How can I turn off the zeiss Humphrey? only from the shut down button or there is a function from the software?

This is a brand name, not a specific device and model. That said, here is a page describing mode switch in the setup screen using the touch screen for a specific device. I assume a touch screen would have an icon for turning a device off.

What CMOS-battery goes into the Zeiss Visucam lite (build 2006)?

The battery is soldered to the CPU. People from Zeiss Germany said that it needs to replace all the CPU. Now a days there is no longer spare parts for that instrument. I recommen you just change the day and time each time you turn it on
