Not much you can do. Drums are designed to make so many copies or prints. You may be able to fool it. Remove the drum and put it back in. Don't touch the drum you will get an image of you fingers if you do. Remove toner cart 1st. Then drum wrap a piece of paper around it. They are light sensitive. Put it back in carefully. Then toner cartridge. Unless it is a package cartridge that has drum in then. This has been for naught. Hope this does help.
