see the video and proceed according. and fix it. However you must test the c. breaker from your outlet box, put some lamp desk , and see if work, if does the problem is the machine for troubleshooting, and contrary case. Rsset the c. breaker.God bless you

Treadmills often vibrate, just a common side effect of running on it. Location of your treadmill is key most of the time for reducing vibrations or noise due to impact. This impact is spread to the floor from the feet of the treadmill, which is a small surface area. You want to make sure that your treadmill is leveled and it is best that it is placed on a rubber treadmill mat. This will absorb the impact, as well as the sound and the shock of the vibrations. A thick rubber mat will act as both a sound and impact suppressor between you, the machine, and the floor. The thicker the mat, the better. Does the incline work? if so, the controller is most likely bad.

The motor, or a connector to the motor, or the controller is faulty. If you can measure DC voltage at the motor (up to 90VDC), but the motor won't turn, and if you can manually move the treadmill belt with your hand or rotate the motor pulley (POWER OFF) with your hand, then the motor's dead. Even IF it was replaced under warranty. If you can't measure any DC voltage to the motor under any conditions, then the problem is in the controller or a connector. Try measuring directly at the controller board.

You have a minimum 90 day warenty,normally one year.Take the unit back and get a new one.This is why you get a warnty with things you purchase,so if anything goes wrong,you can get it replaced.Or repaired,your option.
