Treadmills often vibrate, just a common side effect of running on it.
Location of your treadmill is key most of the time for reducing vibrations or noise due to impact.
This impact is spread to the floor from the feet of the treadmill, which is a small surface area.
You want to make sure that your treadmill is leveled and it is best that it is placed on a rubber treadmill mat.
This will absorb the impact, as well as the sound and the shock of the vibrations.
A thick rubber mat will act as both a sound and impact suppressor between you, the machine, and the floor. The thicker the mat, the better.
If this does not fix the issue, we would be happy to help you further diagnose the problem by phone 888-713-2880 or by chat at

We also have rubber mats available for your treadmill if you need a new one! Otherwise, good luck on the repair :)
