Hi frustrated in Raleigh, I understand that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, even after you have cleaned the screens and arms. What might be happening is you are not getting enough water pressure to the dishwasher. The hot water line to your dishwasher must provide water pressure between 20 and 120 psi. Low water pressure may occur when laundry or showers are in operation. Wait until water use is reduced before starting dishwasher. If you are still noticing that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, I would have a local Authorized Technician come out to see what exactly is going on with the spray arms of your dishwasher. -Best Regards-

Place filter back in its location and run a complete cycle. From my understanding the unit is completing the cycle, but what do you mean by the washpump is not working? The buttons and the display panel are not lit when the machine is running. This is to save energy according to frigidaire. I wish I had know this before purchasing it about a year and a half ago. The cycle count down timer was a big reason I purchased this one, but what good is it if it only works when the door is open?
