Toshiba Portege R200 laptop service manual
If you can't find the jumper to flash the BIOS or if such jumper
doesn't exist, you can remove the battery that keeps the BIOS memory
alive. It's a button-size battery somewhere on the motherboard (on
elder computers the battery could be a small, typically blue, cylinder
soldered to the motherboard, but usually has a jumper on its side to
disconnect it, otherwise you'll have to unsolder it and then solder it
back). Take it away for 15-30 minutes or more, then put it back and the
data contained into the BIOS memory should be volatilized. I'd suggest
you to remove it for about one hour to be sure, because if you put it
back when the data aren't erased yet you'll have to wait more time, as
you've never removed it. If at first it doesn't work, try to remove the
battery overnight.
Important note: in laptop and notebooks you don't have to remove the
computer's power batteries (which would be useless), but you should
open your computer and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard.
Toshiba washing machine model AW-DK1700WMM has turn on, beeps with error code EL then shut down within 5 seconds, how can I slove this problem?
To fix the EL error code:
* Make sure the door is completely closed and latched securely. A loose or broken latch can cause the error.
*Examine the door lock for any damage, dirt, or debris that could prevent it from working properly. Clean the area thoroughly.
* Turn off the washing machine, then unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and restart it. This may resolve communication issues that trigger the error.
* Examine the wiring connections between the door lock system and the control panel. Faulty connections, such as loose or damaged wires, can disrupt communication and lead to the error message.

Toshiba Strata CHSU40A3 no display or tone
If your Toshiba Strata CHSU40A3 phone system is not displaying anything and there is no dial tone, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the power source: Make sure the phone system is plugged into a functioning power outlet and the power adapter is working correctly. You may also want to try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that helps.
- Check the connections: Make sure all the cables and cords are connected properly. If the phone is connected to a network, check the network cables as well.
- Reset the phone: Try resetting the phone system by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in after a minute. This will help to clear any issues with the phone system.
- Check for any damage: Inspect the phone system for any physical damage, such as cracks or breaks in the casing or any loose components. If you find any damage, the phone system may need to be repaired or replaced.
If none of these troubleshooting steps work, you may need to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue with your Toshiba Strata CHSU40A3 phone system.

What happened when Toshiba laptop shows alt+ctrl+del?
More commonly called 'control alt delete' or the 'three finger salute' it has two purposes. On a computer that is running, it brings up Task Manager and other instant settings like Switch User, or log Out. On a computer that is frozen, unresponsive, it does a hard rest and forces the computer to reboot.
