What seems to be the problem? Make sure the battery is inserted and try connecting the AC adapter too. Do you get an error code? Does it even power? Have you tried starting it on safe-mode?

I'm assuming you mean the bios password. Turn off the computer. Remove the power supply. Remove the battery. Remove the CMOS battery. Hold the power button for 10 sec to drain residual charge. Plug the computer in and boot. The password should be disabled.

I think you have a broken USB keyboard or USB port. Simply plugging in the keyboard should be enough to make it work. First try the keyboard in a different USB port. Test the caps lock to see if the LED goes on and off. Also try a different keyboard and also test it in a different computer.
