If you can grip it with pliers, you can pull it out. Usually if you see frost or ice it is because the Freon level is low. There is a 5 year warranty on the compressor and sealed cooling system so if your within that period, I would call the manufacturer.

Cheak The Compressor relay is fault

Does the compressor vibrabte? If not, the PCB isn't working and should be replaced or worst case is your compressor burned out.
