Try a "Cold-Start",Remove all media, DVD, CD, USB..etc., Remove AC plug, Remove Battery, Hold down on/off button for 10 seconds, Replace battery, Plug into AC outlet,Push on/off button and Start normally.IF THAT FAILS, try F-8 during pre boot, try to get to safe mode, or F12 to enter restore /recovery.
