There are 2 black boxes on the screen that say switching to HD bases on your preferences, how do I get these off the screen

Ensure that all your Xfinity TV boxes are functioning correctly. If you have more than one TV box, verify that each one is working as expected. Replace Outdated TV Boxes: Over time, TV equipment needs to be updated to keep up with the latest technology. If you rent equipment from Comcast, you can get an update at no additional cost. To check if your TV boxes need replacement: Tune to channel 1995 on each of your TVs. Follow the instructions provided on-screen. It will let you know if a TV box is compatible with the upcoming changes or if it needs replacement. Note that TV adapters (small devices approximately the size of a deck of cards) do not need replacement. Order New Equipment: If your TV boxes need replacement, you can: Go to xfinity.com/equipmentupdate and follow the prompts to order new equipment. Visit an Xfinity Store or Comcast Service Center to exchange your existing equipment. Contact Xfinity to place an order or schedule a professional installation (additional fees may apply). If you own your equipment, check My Device Info to find compatible modems for your level of service. Just need the instruction manual
