Ah. Now, I can answer. You have 1.871 gigs left, or 1871 megs left. You've used about 7 percent of your space.

How do I add Family Tree Make program from an external hard drive?

When you install software, entries are created in the system's registry and files are placed in multiple locations in the operating system. With some programs, but not all, most of the files will be in the Program Files directory. If that drive is permanent, you can create a Program Files folder on it and install some software. Most programs will give you an option to choose the location, but not all. You may have to make the "custom" choice during installation to get that option. But be aware that the program will probably not run if you connect that drive to a different machine where it is not installed, and that space will still get used on your main drive by accessory files. So you may want to start looking for a larger or second internal drive, or enlarging the system partition if you have available space

Tablet problems with touch of the screen

let's start with the basics first in order to solve your tablet issue. Once we go that, we can move forward as necessary. I would recommend performing an antivirus scan on your device. You can search for "avast" or "malwarbytes" in your app store to get started. If that doesn't work, then you can perform a factory reset as described by Samsung here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062842/ . You'll be advised to back up your files before performing the factory reset. Please let me know if this helped you or not.

I cant get help cause you wont give me any. I have wasted almost an hour asking the same question over an over.

You would get better response if you ask just once and provide all the details available. For example, is the screen flashing blue, or another light? Exactly which model Samsung Tab E are you asking about? Have you tried contacting Samsung tech support?
